Very impressed with Jakes efforts over the whole sale process! He is very intouch with market conditions and pricing movements and it shows with the results of his short property sale times and record prices. Our house needed work done by multiple different trades before listing and he was able to organise them all in a short timeframe and got the house ready for sale on a minimal budget.
